Hi

I'm a newbie...So please be nice...

My Air-con is stuffed....Well what I mean is that when i
turn it on no cool air comes out....
Does it need to be re-gassed

I have does 145000ks in my magna...

I did a search first..But couldn't find a similar thread

Welcome to AM - take it to an aircon dude - get them to check the gas - 90% sure it is just a re-gassing issue.

I hardly use my aircon - just wind the window down! haha

No but i used to live in teh Kimberly and then I was living in the Pilbara with my magna and only used the aircon when the temp rose about 45.

Aircon is taking up power that is better put to the road!! hehe

Air-Con = less power @ wheels, so it stays off quite often for me :D

I have a 2001 TJ auto. Air con has been marginal at best. It could need a re gas or have a faulty valve... mine did and was replaced under warranty. Still air con will always be marginal

Does the air con switch come on or flash? I know I was on a skid pan one day and the aircon button started flashing. No idea what that meant. Anyone else know?

Anyone know how to make air con colder? I don't use it much either. I'll give it a run every so often to make sure it's in good nic.
