So i finally installed the "TH Smoker" intake, now on the orignal intake pipe where the oil would come out into to the pipe, thats now moved to the bumper and blocked off. but in the directions you had to drill a hole in the new pipe and install a pcv valvue did that and reconnected the tube. Been driving a little, smelled burning oil, opened the hood and there is oil on the top of the block where the front bank of plugs is. no idea why. anyone have any idea? the oil cap is tight so it cant be that. im thinking it could be the vavlue coming out of the block where you put the oil in.. cant think of the name cuz when i turned off the car there was a whistling sound like there was pressure bulit up in there. pulled the dipstick out to check the oil level which was good and there was pressure bulit up in there to... the only think i can think of is that the new pcv vavlue that installed in the intake pipe isnt working right letting the pressure out. i mean the old vavlue was a str8 throuh tube with nothing blocking it if you know what i mean... any help please!!!!!

I think the problem is that i put a pcv vavlue into the intake pipe, now i looked at THSmokers parts list and it says a pcv insert.. where can i get a pcv insert?

you from the US right? then i think you can get it at walmart.... :)
either way you just need a device that will connect the vac tube to the intake pipe

I used a basic air fitting , drilled it ito the pipe and fixed it permanently in there with some epoxy resin. hose just slips over the fitting and its done.
You can pick these up for a few dollars at any hardware store/automotive chains

Very important that you get the PCV working. Do not use silicone adhesives or similar. Use a resin preferrably. You don't want anything to get sucked into the motor.
