Just wanting to throw a few thoughts around before i approach the company again.. Here goes to my dilemma..

I had my windows tinted with 35% tint 1-9-04. Now it came with a life time warranty on the tint.. I just looked at the reciept though and it has nothing in the conditions for replacing to do with fading. I know it has faded for the fact you can see the difference in photos taken at the same spot and around about same day..
What do you think i should do and the best approach at it..
Any advice or previous probs of people related to this would help me out..
Thanks Mel

well put it this way, theres no harm in tryin to get it on the warranty anyway. if they say no then thats it, but in saying that they might say yes too. go check it out

just go and try, be nice first ask them, but if they are being cocks then be forcefull get fired up say your extemely unhappy about it. and say you want them to fix it for free

Take your boyfriend, or dad or a guy, im not saying its right but you will be less likely to be lied to if theres a male there.

Could try and put the hair dryer on the corners and get them peeling. That would fall under warranty and with the fading the sun would be assumed as the culprit.

Or just be honest and ask them straight out either way.

honesty is always the best policy..start doing things like that and youll end up with nothing

what company is it through? i know tint-a-car has lifetime warranty on formula one, and its not meant to fade! if it does its is replaced completely free! and same with solace their basically the same company!
