Hello, recently I've considered getting a service, and I was curious if anyone knew the difference in the major service done by mitsubishi, and the 160,000km Service done by them. I've heard that it's good to service your car at 160,000kms, but I'm not overly sure in the difference, aside from a two hundred dollar odd price tag.

ok now im not the best at these things BUT
1. CONSIDER a service? you should get a service every 10,000K's regardless, 5,000K's if you love your car
2. yes it is good to service your car at 160,000K's, it is also good to service your car every 10,000K's before and after that
3. Difference is nothing, dont go mitsubishi, they rip you off and give you a **** job, for a 160,000K service id go somewhere reputable, we used to go Kmart tyre and auto, and they did a pretty good job, no complaints.
hope this answers some of your question

Kind of agree with it. You may end up paying $300+ because its your first time or maybe way more. I say goto dealers if you have a real major problem. regular servicing can be done yourself or through some other shops like recommended KMart etc.
