hey all, i took my front mudflaps off today, and there is 2 holes on the white part where the screws came out of. today i went and bout a sheet of checker plate and i was planning to cover it up with it. but im having second thought as to do that or silicone the holes up? what did you guys all do. and secondly do i have to take the rear wheels off to take the rear mudflaps off? cheers guys and gals!

I left mine on dude. I didn't want a 2 tone effect with the paint hhahaha. Wat do u mean by covering it up with checkplate?

i think he means that he wants to cover the holes up with checkerplate...... :doubt:

He thought about checkerplate but has decided against it... he is asking how best people think to fill these holes (ie. Silicone etc)
I'd say just clean and polish it up and see how likely it is to rust over time... leave it for a while and see if it is really that noticeable. Otherwise later you might consider bogging it up... up to you... I have never been a fan of silastic fixes unless it is to stop a leak etc.
