ahhhh im sure if you have alook over the mods GTRICE has done this might help.

remove windscreen washer bottle, install CAI.
bypass the coolant - i have heard this is good for economy.
make sure all your tyres are at correct pressures.
make sure all your filters are changed regularly.

apart from that i cant really help you :S

but do a search on some of GTRICE's topics that might help you

unbolt your induction pipe and clean your throttle body with a toothbrush....

using unleaded petrol alot has an increased amount of carbon deposits than a higher octane fuel, therefore ''clogging'' up your intake of air..

you will see this when u pull off the pipe andstick your finger in the throttle body and pull it out and its all black!

it may not be much but every little bit helps!

Also get your Injectors changed or cleaned properly & maybe change O2 sensor and fuel filter.

also with time carbon deposits will build up on the back of your valves; when getting your injectors done see if they can spray some carbon cleaner on them for you. Subaru's had a problem with this on their cars and have subsequently made a good mixture to break down these deposits; my car was blowing the white smokey **** out for about a minute.

I've found if your car is not in tune in any area if can **** up performance and fuel economy so also check ignition timing and compression and the condition of your sparkies and leads etc. Learn a bit about your car by playing around with it.

You say a full tank lasts you a week, but you could be getting really good economy.. how many KM's do you get out of that tank, and what sort of driving is it?? easy city driving/hard city driving or easy highway driving/hard highway driving..

there could be nothing wrong with your fuel economy judging by "a tank last a week".. slthough there is always things you can do to improve economy..

my ralliart may last a week on a tank of petrol, but i might do 580-600kms that week, so there is absolutley nothing wrong with the economy.. same as if you filled your car up then drove 700km in one day... that must mean you have really bad economy becuase you used a tank in a day lol

easy highway driving mostly, i normally get 300 - 400 before i fill up but everytime i fill up i have about 15 litlres still left in my tank, so i could more km if used my whole petrol complely.

so work out,

TANK SIZE - 15 litres left in tank

divide that by how many kms you get, then you should get you're fuel consumption figure..

i dont know what size tanks the TR's have but say 55L

so 55L - 15L = 40L

40L of petrol and get 400KM... that works out to be close enough to 10L/100km therefore its not that bad

You wont get any better than 10L per 100km, stop complaining, most people here get 12-14L per 100 km. If you want fuel economy buy an excel.

Also avoid carrying heavy objects in the car, eg: golf clubs - I removed alot of things out of my car, feels a bit better.

ummm... 64L tank!?!?

Here is a way to reduce fuel usage.... drive less :P ... sorry
