When I change from N or P into any gear, my engine rotates a good few degress and moves a couple of CMs.

I found out the front engine mount, (the one between the extractors and radiator) has like two parts and the engine is bolted to the middle part and this middle part is moving inside the outer part that is bolted to the frame. (something like that)

I take it this is suppose to happen or am I looking at a broken engine mount?
