Does anyone know if a UV reactive clear coat exists in a spray can. Basically white vinyl doesn't react to the uv neons...

Black light will only respond to the Phospur in materials..
For example.. 20 Amp Blade Fuses glow cause the Colorant in the Plastic has Phospur in it..
Cotton, Wool, Pink Zinc, Magic Markers and White paper will all glow..
I have a Blacklight in my boot and it makes every single fluff ball glow Blue..
Glow in the Dark stars love Blacklight..

Spray what you want to glow with a Fluro-phosphorent material.
Sorted.
Dunno what that would be.
