I am yet to take delivery of my TL, however I am trying to find as much information as I can about the car. I want to know, if, like the BA Falcons, there is an Auxiliary input into the 6 Stacker radio? I have an iTrip for the iPod, however I am not really happy with the sound quality of the iTrip, and I have read about Ford owners raving on about the auxiliary input. If there is not an OEM solution, is there an after-market kit I can buy?

Well if it's the same as the TW VRX 6 stacker (which I'm 99% sure it is), then nope, sorry. I know, i think the iTrip's are crap too, makes it sound sort of tinny, liek the radio does. But you can definately get aftermarket HU's with aux inputs.

yeah my mate had an iTrip, which sounds ordinary, the RoadTrip is the one with the cradle and FM trasmitter all built in, seems to be much higher quality

Yeh auxilary input is the only way to get reasonable quality, but they are only mp3's so whatever flaots ur boat.

I use the Belkin charger/car kit. And go into the aux in in my alpine.
Sounds good.

Test all the pins on the aux input, thats what i did with my pioneer cdplayer, then just wired left and right audio inputs into it.
