its a little larger then a coke can... its bolted against the back wall of your engine bay about 30cms down. has two fuel lines running into it either end.
Remove the banjo bolts at either end (depressurize fuel system first), remove the two bolts that hold it to the bracket... she slides out no prob, replace.
Its a little tricky because there isnt alot of room in there.. but you'll get it :P
Or if its a carbie model, its smaller and you dont have to worry about depressurising it, plus theres heaps of room :P

I think it's a first gen. It's called an Executive (doesn't look very executive with the dents and patches of black paint), but i dont know if it's tp or what.
I had a look today and I found the fuel filter. Thanks for that. So I need to open that metal case and there will be a white plastic thing inside and I have to replace that, right?

The fuel filter is the size of a coke can(ish)
its held against the firewall by a small bracket.. undo the bracket, take out the fuel filter.. and toss it.. replace. (anhywhere up to $30 for a new one)
To depressurize you need to cut the power to the fuel pump while the car is running.... to do this you disconnect the wire located on the passenger side, behind the left side (door) panel/carpet.... once disconnected after a few seconds the car will stall... your ready to go.
If you dont do it, when you remove the filter you will just lose a little fuel from the lines... no biggie... just dont smoke :P
