Can a 5spd tippy replace a 4spd non-tippy? Probably need an ECU change but is that all?

Can a 5spd tippy replace a 4spd non-tippy? Probably need an ECU change but is that all?

I believe theres a bit more to it than that. (Waits for someone else to come in and answer it.)

It'd be a full gearbox replacement + gear selector + dash cluster, and I think the autos run a TCU which is seperate from the ECU which would need to be swapped (but I could be wrong). Off the top of my head that would probably cover 90% of it (I'm sure there are some other more inconspicuous bits and pieces in the mix that I'm not aware of).

I can't imagine a new or reco'd 5spd magna auto would be cheap unless it came out of a wreck. If you do it, make sure you let us all know what's involved.
