I destroyed my head unit trying to get them off. The screws get rounded so easilly. I ended up sawing them out I think... Seriously... Rooted my stock deck.
hahha, they are the gayness
i warped the metal frame thing that its attached to when i was trying to take them off...
do u reckon dripping oil around the screw will help? and yeah, i ended up drillng through 3 out of the 4 screws.
the 4th one was rounded off 1/2 way out, so i ripped it out with pliars.

Given up trying to remove it my self gonna pass my whole headunit to JB HiFi to get installed. Didnt want to do it but no other choice. Just dont wanna excarberate the situation further by rounding out the screws.

get a power drill and drill through the screws. thats what JB is gonna do anyways.
then just pop into bunnings to find a set that matches.

got mine out by simply cutting the slots a little deeper in the screw heads with a hacksaw blade this way you get more purchase and can use a bigger screwdriver.hope this helps
