I'm pretty sure the answer is nope.

Thats about the only thing in car audio you can't mix and match your components cause they all have their own proprietry connections between CD Changers and Head Unit.

definitely not possible....unless the stacker is FM modulated

Cant do it. Pioneer stackers use P-Bus which is exclusive to Pioneer decks with a P in their model name
