Hey guys,
I went to Super Cheap today to pick up an air filter for the car, the Valvoline Performance one that suited TF Magna was $60.
From what I can gather, for maybe, a bit over $100 I could get a CAI done on my car including K&N Pod? (Is that right?)
I've looked over the CAI Guide with all the pictures and what not, and find it's not quite specific enough for an absolute car noob such as myself.
So basically, I wanted to know, what parts will I need for a K&N CAI, ie. part numbers, piping etc
And some specific directions on some of the more complex stuff (the guide may suffice, but if there can be more light shed, that'd be great).
Better yet, if anyone is in the Brisbane Northern Suburbs (I'm at Eatons Hill), who has done a CAI to their Magna already, I'd be willing to pay for your services if possible.
Anyway, and help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Stripper.
P.S What are the legalities on CAI and K&N to be specific? I read they're illegal... but I'm not sure.
