Hey, I'm just about Emply of Petrol atm, just wondering, when it goes to reserve, how much km can you get out of it before the car is empty.

Keep a 10L reserve tin in the boot and you will never have to worry, plus you will have the right answer every time..:P

Around 50kms, depends how well you drive

It also depends how heavy your right foot is, and how well tuned the car is... I don't think it is an easy one to work out... but the other side is you really don't want to pushing empty, otherwise you might end up sucking up all the crap from the bottom of the tank.

true that, i mean when the light is on, does it. last for 50km

well i just did a fairly big trip in the ralliart.. got 645kms out of 69.6L of fuel.. (71L tank) and theres no way im pushing it any further than that.. couldnt get petrol on sunday as petrol station (where we have our account) isn't open and monday was a public holiday.. could of put $10 in else where but i didnt have to drive much those days..

never thought about getting it so low that it sucks up the crap in the bottom of the tank.. petrol light normally comes on with about 12-15L left in the tank (estimates ~120kms, but once light goes on there is no estimation on the trip computer, just flashes - - - KM to empty)
