I'm thinking of doing the big step from the dodgy stock CD player which eats cd's lol in my Ks Verada Wagon to something a little more up market, with some new speakers too my problem is the hood lining is starting to sag, so my questions are:

Would I be best to get this fixed before or after I get new speakers?
Will it have any effect on the new lining by doing work up there?

I dont want to be putting speakers down low, as I have a toddler, so I have prams and stuff flapping around in the boot so want to keep the speakers in the roof.
Thanks
Sammy :D

Isn't the lining just glued on? I would try some kinda glue and try to fix it... Just depends how bad it is really

I dont know, I've never had it happen to a car of mine before, just didnt know if working up there with speakers, wires etc would be easier to do bfore or after, and if it could damage a new lining.

my mum had it happen to her car. she bought glue from like autobarn or sumthing and glued it back up. however that only lasted like a year then she paid to have it put back up properly.
