well, thats the exact one i got, so i should be able to help (the wiring diagram in the book is pretty much exact) just run the power wire from the battery to the + terminal, and then to the amp (yes, 2 wires from the 1 terminal) the - can be wired to any earth in the car even on the amp -(as they all end up in the same place anyway)...

i've daisy-chained all my remote wires, so that was just as simple.

mine averages between 15v (first start up) to 12.5v under full load, but usually around the 13.6v mark. makes a nice difference!

btw, the terminals are a 2 part (dont try and find a ring terminal to fit it like i did, you wont, the terminal unscrews half way!)

oh yeah!! nearly forgot! MAKE SURE U TAKE OUT THE MAIN FUSE, AND WIRE THE - FIRST!!! apparently they can cause some HUGE damage.

Don't forget to use a charging resistor/light bulb to charge up the cap first before you hook the main power line back up, otherwise it won't be doing much.

Put it in series (a 50W light bulb for instance) with one of the leads (say positive), the first time - to charge up the cap - some caps do not have a current limiter - there will be a massive current draw, and a big mess :P

When the lighbulb dims down to next to nothing, remove it and put the positive lead onto the cap. You will be right now.

The reason why you do this is because the cap constitutes (uncharged) a dead short - ouch!

Do you mean a household 50w 240v bulb?

i remember reading something about the fusion cap having something to override this, they take a bit to charge when u 1st install it, then perfect from then on! i know it has a small LED indicating if the cap is charging or not
