One of my mates just bought a new 380 VRX for less then 40 k, in auto... He picks up next week neways hes pretty excited as he works for Mits and will be upgrading from a 97 Magna Altera.

Anyways just thought id call in and say im starting to see a few, really like the VRX in the GOLD colour and would probarly consider one as a second car.. Anyone here got any pics of some new ones decked out with tint etc? :D

I've seen a few black 380gt's for sale. They do look real nice on the road tho.

Congratulations to your mate, hope he enjoys it, the GOLD colour isnt my favourite, but when you see that colour you know its a VR-X because no other model has it. I haven't seen too many on the road yet, although my cousin claims he has seen 3 GT's around newcastle, Im yet to see this, but I'll keep my eyes out.

congrats to him :D , saw the dvd on them yesterday... whats the go with the torque curve, screw this emissions (2cats on manifold) i think they have some potential. I like the attention to detail.


When doing our gold coast cruise, in some tight traffic pimp boss rav pulls out in front of 380 then 3rd gen behind, 2nd gen --> 380 --> tj (from memory) i was the next car, looked ub3r good comparison

Yeah I have only seen the VRX ones floating around, I reckon they will be popular.
