Hey guys, done a quick search couldnt find wat i was looking for.

im installing Kelvar 6.5 inch splits and am stuck as to where the splitting thing goes.
the speaker is good, the tweeter i will just cut into the door, but where should i place that box thing ( yes i dont know the proper name for it), in the door or somewhere in the dash???

Crossover - U can put it anywhere, as long as it's not going to get wet.

Why u cutting holes in ur door?

Buy the Tweeter holder for the delta panel from mitsu for $35

Or mount them in the kickpanels.

Its all installed now! yeh didnt need to cut holes in there, i was thinking i wanted the flush look, but ended up just screwing them in on a really nice angle.
So much louder now, im stoked with it, but has anyone had dealings with this brand, "Kelvar"

are the kevlar splits Jaycar kevlar response speakers. if so then their good.

The box has Response Precision on it so yeh good chance it was from Jaycar.
