My friend found some speakers of the brand Boschmann. Theyre relatively cheap and boast a great RMS rating (200w RMS for 4 inch's  ). Just wondering if anyone has heard of these speakers before and can recommend them.
Thanks in advance.

Boschmann... never heard of them. Sounds like one of those eBay special brands.... you know, ones that don't exist.
Hey, we need a name for these 10,000 crappy 4" speaker we had made.....
Um, lets rip off Bosch by calling them Boschmann, the 'mann' part makes the sound more german...! :bowrofl: :bowrofl: :bowrofl:
However, simple google search has found a website here: http://www.boschmann.com/images/main.html
These guys do not rate their drivers in RMS... only PMPO.... so I am guessing your '200W' is more like 60W RMS....
A simple rule of thumb is that RMS is 1/3 the claimed PMPO with a decent quality driver.
Bodgy chinese drivers may only go 1/5 the claimed power.
I will put my right testicle on the choppping block if any of their 4" speakers really can handle 200W RMS.......The highest claim is for 250W PMPO....
I'd reckon I would kill it with 100W of clean RMS wattage, easy.
Any 4" speaker you put 200W through is going to fry, BIG TIME.

Thier Construction looks OK, their Subs look reasonable..
I doubt that they coukld handle 200W RMS but I believe it is 200W PMPO..which Broken down would be more Like 15 W RMS..

That's a bit harsh magnat..... 15WRMS??
Surely 50-60ish.....
Unfortunately it's a very European brand, although they go have a South Afrkaans distributor,
They are mainly selling in Spain, France etc etc

BM audio's website is impressive, rare for a Bad Company to have such a Sophisticated Website..
I still would Highly doubt that their 4 inches could handle even 1/4 of their Stated Maximum..
