Hey all
Just got a quote for some new king Low Porfile springs and shockies for my 98 3lt TF sedan.
My main question is what shockies would be better?
Munroe GT Gas Reflex Shockies or Munroe Sensatrac shockies. They are both similar in price.
Hope ya can help...

When I was looking for my R31, I looked at exactly the same ones. The GT Gas is the firmer more sportier of the 2. The Sensatrac is more for nice comfortable driving, but is a 'smart' shock as the harder you drive the firmer it will be. Depends on your driving style. For just normal city driving I would go the Sensatrac, but if you like the sportier feel and the firmer ride, go the GT Gas.
The GT Gas is not a stupidly hard shock though, it is still confortable.
Cheers
Pete
Goin back a year when I was looking for shocks when lowering my car:
Sensatrac: Too soft and won't last. Not designed for a lowered car. They're meant for OEM springs
GT gas: Hard as ****. Good if you want a spine readjustment and don't mind having your car bang over every little bump.
KYB: Not as firm as GT but a lot better than ur standard magna shock and will last.
A year on and I'm still happy with my KYBs with King Super Low front, King Low back combination.

Hahahaha. Well what inspired all of this is that my Magna at the moment is the base model exec and its as stock as they come. I wanted the more sportier feel and look, and god knows I need spinal re-adjustment lol so i think the GT Gas is the way to go. Besides that, I dont want my car bumming out everytime i go up a driveway or over a speedbump... this is also providing i use that "common sense" factor as well :P
thanks for the help so far :)
