hey all.....googled it and came up negative....

i have a Kenwood KDC-624 2 Channel amp in the car and wondering what its putting out.
ive seen it on ebay for $150 which isnt to bad for an 11 year old amp!

would any audio buffs know the RMS value of this amp?
i wont be selling it now knowing how mush its worth..

this is what it looks like.....

Ok before you dont anything take a step back.

If you want to have a car sounding sweet then you are best to amp / provide more power to your front stage. Im guessing that they will be the splits so you should amp them not to make the car sound like all the sound is coming from the car behind.

Bridging the amp on a headunit is a big no no, even if the in built amp is a 4ch. Only very few units will let you bridge channels 3 & 4 ( the rear ones ) when they act as a sub out but you dont bridge them as you would a normal amp as they are monarual. Pioneer deck like mine let you do it, not worth it though, 2x 50W @ 4ohm or 1x 70W @ 2ohm... ( MAX ratings to ).

yeah i might invest in another 2 channel amp to power the front speakers.....and use the HU amp to power some **** speakers in the boot for bling.

i aint gonna be doing anything yet for a while mate....just ideas and positives/negatives..

ive sorta got planned out what i should buy so far...so im getting there
