Well i started the other week but couldnt post :(
Thanks Killbilly for fixing that.
Just came back in from puting the raqdiator in and found that the lower hose was right but the top tanks are different and I will have to make up my own top hose/pipe setup.
part of the radiator is also the gearbox oil cooling in the base of the radiator...
ATM I will leave it in there but I think I will swap it out for a full external radiator type one mounted in fornt of the passenger front wheel.
An oil cooler radiator will be placed on the drivers side in front of the wheel. The powersteering fluid can stay being a free to air transfer.... I ould think that that might be better than putting it in the radiator, replacing the gearbox cooler ...
I am getting quotes on the intercooler piping and expect to find out tomorrow the price... but atm it is looking around $6-$10/m and I need around 5 meters only. Im also trying to get either mandrel bends or get it bent to shape as mush as I can in one piece . the pipes coming out of the turbos are only 32mm insternal diameter. then once they join at the Y it turns into 61mm diameter ... this is the same as the output side of the intercooler and is the size that goes into the inlet manifold. So for now and with the stock turbos I will not put larger piping in (other than the 3" intercooler stepup.)
Anyway please check out my site and Ill update this thread from tme to time when I have done somemore on it.
I have no set completion date as yet. But after the engine will come suspension, bodykit and interior and then paint..... so quite a bit to go until I get it completed.. but at least I have FINALLY started.
