Can anyone tell me the correct way to check the timing on my TR sedan - (2.6L auto) and the spark plug gap. Cheers.

On the left side of the firewall there is a black round plug, should have a blanking cap over the end to keep it clean.

Earth this with a FUSED link, start the car and the ecu will return to base timing.

The plugs, you will need a proper feeler guage to do these
