if i'm not wrong garret gt-25 is recommended for magna, can't remember where i heard that one tho... :D

A GT25 would be good but i would go a GT28 as they would be much better for higer revs.

But the astron makes good power down low so the GT25 would be a good choice.

Which engine. The 6G72 (V6) or the 4G54 (4cyl).

But, regardless, just contact Dave at RPW, he'll set ya straight.

Go crazy with turbo, do a TD05 TD06 hybrid and whack in a custom manifold, full exhaust system with seperate exhaust for wastegate and ARC intercooler... then, chip in Autronics or Motec... Your Magna will fly by then! :D

I reckon the GT-25, as Blake (AussieMagna) said it would be perfect for low and high revs.

if you've got the 4cyl, and you dont want to spend shite loads of money upgrading the whole engine.... i'd go with the gt-25 (as has been said... ), it will spool up at lower revs giving better drivability.....

if you wanted to go nuts then put on a bigger unit like the gt-28 or T08 etc, but these will only come to the fore if you do lots of other mods!! like a BIG exhaust, new ECU, fuel line mods, full air intake mods, etc etc etc...

errhh...turbos as big as t6-t8 (t08 etc) wouldnt spool up for a ***...not on these mentiond mitsubishi engines...itd b like using a fan to kool out an office block...yah there may be a 'lil' air circulation...but ***** if ull notice it...

by the time u rev out (0-6000+rpm) threw 1st-3rd ud only have a tiny bit of air air flow goin threw...ya car might move!

Yer i got a mate with a 92 TR getting a T28 Garret put on from RPW which he said should boost it up heeps more than a T25,230hp i think not entirely sure thow 8)
