Hey, Just wondering peoples personal opinions... which is a better option, Twin exhaust or Single cannon?
Im gonna buy an exhaust sometime this week... so i really wanna know which is one gives a better tone, and looks the better part

They're hand made custom tips that cost a pretty penny mind. Though its 'muffled' by a 2.5 ID straight through magnaflow 4" round resonator that sits just behind the cat and then T's infront of the gas tank. Sounds throaty past 2000rpms and silent under it so it doenst drone much at all.

Nope exhaust has to be a certain distance past the last opening of the cabin.. i think its about a foot, So NO..

Ah the joys of living in America, the Ford Mustang Cobra's come stock with side exits, among a few other cars too.

The only law we have is on the decibal level of the exhaust note, and its damn hard to break that law cos of all the Harley's that exceed it but the cops dont bother pulling them over cos they come from factory like that too.

The odd ricer will get done for having a 8 inch tip though :D

As for the heat on the tips, they dont cause any paint damage and arent too hot to touch even after a long drive (2 hours).

Alas, if side exits arent allowed by law then definately duallys, no bigger then a 3 inch tip though.

I reckon quads on a TS would look alright too.. Like twin pipes out each side.. like that blck 3rd above.. dont dump them up or down straight straight.. Spend plenty on getting the right tips.. Thats what its all about.. These are my second ones..

Just remember u gotta get the right size.. not to big or two small.. :D

Hopefulyl Two 2n half or two 3" tips.

No mods to the bar will sit just below.

Plan on getting a custom kit on the future so that will be customised around the tips.

get the 3" tips.....its gonna look super phat man.

I'm fairly new to this whole forum, love the car, it looks well pimped, thats kinda what i want to do with my TF, and Thumbs up, Kudos on the exhaust :)

My plan is to get dual square twin tips, but i'm gonna shop around and see what body kits will suit, otherwise i'll resort to a custom setup.

ooh, twin tips on each side... *droolz* quad zosrts look awesome on the 3rd gens, but i wanna see it done on a 3rd gen wagon!
heres my tip, i cant really complain coz it gives a nice note while cruising and its loud if its revved hard.. but it looks so damn small!
