After I start the car in the mornings... I can drive for about 15-20 min and then the TCL Light flashes orange...
I can force turn it off and the TCL light stays on. (meaning that hte TCL is disengaged)
While the light is flashing orange I have NO TCL.

Any ideas of places to check out?

It sounds similar but slightly different to the time that my TCL system would not let me ingage it. Mitsi said it had generated an error code in the system, when they checked the error it was related to the throttle position switch. They said if it does it again the TPS will need replacing, so it might be worth ya while getting someone to check out the error code as it may save ya a lot of time, but yeah everyone else I asked other than a mitsi service place said they basically couldn't do much as they couldn't get into the ECU to check the error code that had been generated.
so yeah man it could be ya TPS or something, good luck man :)
