I was thinking of getting some sort of lcd panel that displays text, and sticking behind my back window up on the shelf bit. And hooking it up to a keyboard so i can type funny **** or whateva.....call me wierd but this is a kewl idea.

Now for legal reasons, i was thinking of wiring it up to my brakes, so it would only light up when i apply the brakes....really its only an additonal brake light.... should be legal yes?
Also would be red in colour.

Seen it done before, just dont want any trouble from the popo.

I'm thinking the cops will ping you, you ever seen the cars with little advertising bars in the back window - thats yellowable :( I think it's frowned upon becuase it "distracts other drivers" like hanging objects in the car.
Would look cool tho :) if you made it switchable so you could turn it on in a cruise or something lol

i guess u could do it.. make it say STOP.. u wont get into trouble with that

i had neons in my boot, with the subs facing towards the front of the car.. so when i hit the brakes that square hole would light up.. etc

honestly **** em, all they gona do is say turn that off or remove it please, give it a go,if its all good let me know,i think its wicked

if my car was good enough i alwasy wanted a neon made up saying MAGNA on my back windscreen........but not for road use......just sorta a useless mod IMO......but ah well whatever floats ya boat

my first car, a Commodore, I had a Red Neon as a centre brake light. worked good with a strip of electricle tape on one side, so that it didnt shine forwards

Have any of you ever seen a VP commodores's clear Grill? i had that color coded with HOLDEN lift un painted and a blue neon in it.
