my current setup is:
5 channel boss amp ( bridged into 3 channels), fronts and sub running of the amp, deck is running the back, ( everything is pioneer, the deck is sony)
i've decided that the amp can't cope to my standards anymore
i have two possible options, and i'm open to other options:
1. replace that whole amp with one of kickers multi channel amps with class d subsection, namely the KX series
2. get another amp, 2 channels brigded, for the sub and the fronts and back off the boss amp
i'm looking for quailty and willing to dig deep for it

How deep dude?
Some I would recommend over the kicker KX:
Audison SRx4 4x 65WRMS RRP$487
Audison SRx3 2x 75WRMS + 1x 250WRMS RRP$629
DD C4 2x 70WRMS + 1x 500WRMS RRP$799
Marty from FHRX studios has a sale on them, you can get the SRx4 for $414, the SRx3 for $535 and the C4 for $679.
If you are after a 2 channel amp for the sub with power to burn then the Audison SRx2s would be the way to go. 600WRMSx 1 for only $485 ( RRP$570 ). I run a SRx2s for my sub and SRx2 ( 2x 65WRMS ) for my front stage and there is power to burn. :D

Ok well why are you running both the fronts and the sub of the amp? and why is your deck powering your rears?..
your setup might just be perfect, you just got it set up wrong.
#1 - Dont share the amp thats powering your sub, Have an amp JUST for the sub ( get a monoblock ).
#2 - Run the splits / fronts of your DECK
#3 - get a seperate amp for your rears ( 6x9's ).
Ide suggest using your BOSS amp for the 6x9's, and the KICKER amp for the sub.

Why would you want your splits off the least powerful lowest quality amp. You would power your 6x9 off the deck if you were going to do anything. If you are happy with the sound of the boss then get a dedicated sub amp.

i agree to an extent, although are you saying to run the 6x9's of the deck and the fronts of a seperate amp?
why would you do that? i dont think splits need an enourmouse amount to power them, i have my type S alpines of my pioneer deck, and they sound amazing, i cant picture any splits needing to sound any better or louder then what mine do, so amping splits would be a waste.

the reason is the amp heats up too quickly, losing good signal, and boss doesn't have the best quailty, and i've heard a few better systems then mine, that i want my to sound like

^^^ Ok OzzyH lol
Do you have deadening in your doors?
Where are you tweeters mounted?
Do you have defuser pads?
90% of people will tell you that you need more power up front to have a system that sounds good. The other 10% dont know what they are missing.
Boss stats are terrible at best, that amp will probably put out around 50WRMS x 2 + 100WRMS x 1 in the 3 channel mode that it is in. Even the SRx4 will put out 65WRMS x 2 + 170WRMS x 1 at a lot less distortion and a crap load more Damping, S/N and channel separation.

all the more reason why i'm incline to replace that whole amp, with either the kicker amp ( for convience, to fit in the old place) or get to new amps

Your headunit puts out well under 20w rms
usually around 17 watts rms
This is no where near enough to get any reasonable midbass. Some people run over 1000 w just for the fronts.
2x100 w is a good figure for most splits.
