Just got a couple of Venom 15" subz for the TN.
My 800 watter is doing nicely for the twin 10"s and other speakers but the 15"z ask to much so i need another amp, solely for the 15"z
300 $$ is aboput how much i want to spend and i was looking at Boss Audio 1600 Watt 4 Channel Amplifier for 250, bridged power of 800watts i though would be good for them.
any help would be great
thanks

Anything but BOSS.

They need shyt all power to run, even the Jaycar 2x 150WRMS amp is more than enough, the 4x 100WRMS when bridged to 2x 380WRMS will probably destroy them. :D

I agree, stay away from boss if you can. But remmember theres a difference between american boss and the ****ty boss we get here. ( both are ****, but ours is worse ).
if you want some cheap, high powered amp, go on ebay and look for a precision audio amp. A friend of mine has one and suprisingly its very good, its 800watts ( obvisouly bullcrap and not rms ), But it cost him something like 60$ and it was money well spent.

i try to avoid ebay when it comes to car audio, got done over once with the worst amp ever
so any ideas about an amp in the same price range that is better?

not relly mate, ive been looking to and the jaycar is probably your best bet.
if you want more, go the BOSS, but in all likelyness i'd say it couldnt handle as much power as it states to be.
if i was you try and go to a car show and hunt down someone using the jaycar, listen to it and make up your mind then.
but wait until more pros come on here and give there opinion
my 2 cents, cheers!

"if you want more, go the BOSS" wrong... the jaycar amps will give you more power then any boss amp.
