Would either of these turbo's run on a 3.5 magna? Which one would be better when it comes to less lag and reliability? Only looking at 8-9psi max

Where are all turbo experts?

Well I rebuild them for a living and wtf is a T03E, I'm assuming it's a bitzer turbo that a performance shop has decided to name a T03E?
A T04E would be overkill for a magna, although you might be able to find one with small enough wheel trims to work ok, the size of the turbo itself is a waste, a T3 with large internals would be much easier to fit in a FWD v6 car.
But IMO Garrett make crappy quality turbos(mexico and china) I'd be more inclined to go for a Mitsu Td06 or a larger IHI(both made in japan). They cost more but at the end of the day the aluminium in them is actual aluminium rather than sand with a little bit of ally added and the turbine housing is ni-resist rather than grey cast iron - the internals are much stronger standard and general build quality is far and away greater.

P.S: Garrett do make quality turbos, but not for the aftermarket performance scene.

The reason I ask is because there are a couple in the trading post for $500
