Hey all,
Didn't know which section to post but this will be close enough :D
I'm going to be buying another LCD screen or two from eBay depending on if the verada will allow it.
First option; Pre made head rest 7" screens. This option I don't really wanna do because you have to pull the seat apart to get the wire to run through (I think) plus I don't want to get them because the leather might not match.
Second option; 10-13" Flip down. I'd rather do this but one problem.. I have a sunroof.
Does anyone know whether you can (or have already installed) a flip down screen without interfering with a sunroof? (ie: placement, wiring, etc)
Thanks.

i've noticed the people with screens in the headrests are in your face so to speak when your sitting in the back ... roof mount is a bit further back so it's not as bad
no idea bout sunroof

Wtchme did it w/ sunroof, apparently easier with the sunroof than without.

Thats why I want to go a flipdown, i don't like how its too close and it means more sources of power.

i have a 10.4" flip down screen in my Tj ... the dude that told you that has no idea what he's talking about ... i've have mine in now for well over a year without any problems at all ... also moulded 1 into the dash
all you have to do is pop out your interior light and screw the screen to the 2 screwholes left by the light ... easy peasy
fitting should only take about 2 hours ... never had any probs yet with any of the cars i've put them into

My roof light is not where you probably think it is. The verada has it in front of the sunroof rather than than behind it so i need to drill a new hole somewhere.

even with a a verada it should still have the same mounting points as an exec ... you'd just have to cut the roof lining ... but it'd still pay to make sure by looking first
Hey Micjaiy, are centre console/dash lcd screens basic to install?
