Get yourself some gasket material, or if your a cheapskate the side of a cereal box (dont laugh it works). Take the flat bottom of the carb, clean it and then apply a thin coat of grease. Use it like a stamp and press it firmly down on the corn flakes box errr gasket material, making sure it doesnt slip sideways. Take the carb off carefully and trace the shape with a pencil. Check it against the carb, wipe off the grease and then you just cut her out with a pair of small scissors.
Tada, houston, we have a gasket :D
Apply using a thin smear of silastic to both sides. :)

comes in a tube and its blue :)
is there any reason you dont just use silastic?
you can buy various thickness gasket paper from auto suppliers some times, its not a carried item now days. then just cut it with a stanley knife and punch out bolt holes with a bit of pipe. you can buy gasket punch kits, but i just use vadious bits of golf shaft i have cut and sharpened up.
disclaimer: i by no means give you permission to cut up your dads golf clubs.

never use silastic anyware near a carby or fuel system
fuel eats it and it ends up like jelly blocking anything it can
only use hilomola <---spelling? its in a spray can
or permitex
