hey guys.

im a third gen owner and know little about second gens.

i want a car with power windows, power steering, a manual and cruise control.

1. what model second gen would i need in order to have all that?
2. which one has the parabolics?
3. how many k's should a second gen have on it?
4. and what is the best second gen?

TR SE will have all that pretty much standard. Finding a manual V6 Second gen is very hard.
Veradas have parabolics only, they are all automatic (and are the best equipped of the lot)
Depends on the year, but you would want to find one around 150,000 on it (1994ish)
Best 2nd gen? Speed or equipment? Equipment, 1996 KS Xi. Speed, any manual V6 second gen.

Pretty much a Verada will have all the features you're after, except no manual.
TS SE or Elite(or equivilant :P) Should have all that, but finding one in manual should be an interesting task indeed.

You'll be looking for a KS Verada Xi

Elite was auto only and TR only and therefore 2.6 4 cyl Liter only (in other words, forget about it, verada better hands down)

XI KS' were cool, they had airbag suspesion, I think i still have a guide somewhere on how to 'hack' the system and make it manually controllable.

Nah, the KR did.... wasn't too good so the KS didn't get it...

yeah the suspension was a pain in the arse to service and fix. so mitsu tossed it on the KS.

I have a KS auto and its all good. Only one problem ever.

Cant say i love the auto. But you can get a shift box from MV automatics which converts any auto into a tiptronic of sorts.

I beg to differ. The KS i drove has the adjustable airbags. :s

I want a KR front bar on my KS, I love em!

the verada wagon come in a manual but they are super hard to find.
