Go to eBay and search for "lcd tft", have a look at a few... My brother picked one up a 7" indash one for some ridiculously cheap price, $120 from memory.
You lookin for in-dash? or in the sunflap thingys? or in the headrests? or flip down from the roof?? :P prolly more i'm missing

:stoopid:
except i have 3 necvox screens, 2 headrest 7" that put out a reasonably good picture and a 7" indash motorised screen that puts out a pretty good picture but i think the viewing angle lets it down a bit...
but yeh necvox seem good value for money. pretty unknown brand tho

Hi, is it possible to run 5 of the 7" screens of the HU ? I am getting 1 motorized in dash, 2 sunvisor and 2 headrest screens. Also getting a rear view camera for the in dash one. If it is possible which i think it will be, does anyone know how to do it :)
Thanks

sure is :D
just a case of getting either a box that splits it up or lots of rca splitters as screens work the same as a normal tv. av in and av out.
with the reversing camera it will either need to be wired in as an av 2 setup or hopefully ur screen will have its on reversing camera set up which means when u put it in reverse this will automatically come up for u

do you have DVD or TV in the dash already? or just looking at adding screens and an external DVD player? they are a little pricey, but the eclipse in-dash touch screen DVD players are pretty awesome :D still cheaper than most pioneer/alpine equivalents aswell
they come with a reversing camera option, so it automatically changes when u shift into reverse.

Nah man, no dvd yet. i currently have a good pioneer cd/ tuner in the car now but i will probably get the pioneer DVH P5850MP as i cant seem to find any other dvd head units. i like the idea of having the HU seperate to the screen. Will definately get a motorized 7" in dash jobby to sit above the HU then just buy the head rests and sun visors with the screens in em already

necvox have just released a 7" motorised screen and player as a single din unit ... if i did'nt already have the screen moulded in my dash i'd certainly buy one

it all comes down to how much you wanna spend ... if you want cheap the quality of the picture is not going to be as good
i think you should spend that little bit extra and do it properly the first time rather than buy cheap only to upgrade a few months down the track ... and i'm sure everyone here has there own preference to brand that they buy ... best thing to do is go to the shops and see for yourself ... check them all out if possable and take it from there
i bought Necvox screens and Crossfire amps cause i got them through work really really cheap ... just like the Garmin Quest GPS i'm buying early next month ... i borrowed one from work a few times and like what i seen so i'll buy that from work at cost :)

Thanks buddy. Is the $400 7" screen just a screen or is it a player as well. ?
