Colgate, i bought one from a MMAL dealership just a few weeks ago and it cost $86.00. They are ex-sydney parts distribution centre. Then go to Autobahn and buy 13 tree clips (about $7.00).
Forget about the wreckers. I tried nationally and they are as rare as a 200kw Magna!
The part number is MR921178, it is called a TRIM-TRUNK-LID-GREY.

part number is MI-MR921178 and it is called a "TRIM-TRUNK LID-GREY"
The part number for the trim clips is MI-MR175122 and they are called "CLIP-TRIM-BLACK"
They costs about $80.00 plus GST for the trim itself, and the clips are about $3.50 each, plus GST. Hint: buy the clips from Supercheap, they are much cheaper there!
AFAIK only the Verada Xis had them. My old KS XI had them and my new KW GTVi does not  Makes it look cheap. Then again, my mates VZ SS doesn't either. Also, a cheaper method
would be to hunt for one from the wreckers.

What about the weight of MDF? You do want your boot lid to stay opened.
