hey guys. i just rewired my head unit up after putting a new front split sytem in. i took the h/u out to find an absolute mess from the original install. i wont go into it but i tidyed it all up and reconnected everything but now when i turn my ignition off the display goes blank, where it used to show the clock when it was turned off. so i pulled it all apart again and checked all the wires and checked the constant power with a multi-meter and it all checked out so i cant figure out whats going on. i know its not a big thing but its annoying so any help would be much appreciated.

dont sound like ud have a fuse for a clock..

Its either ya wiring...or you may actually have a function on the cd player to keep it on...or maybe u was just thinking that it used 2 ???

maybe when u took the headunit out, it reset the clock, so there is no clock, and wont be until u set it again. :lol:

heres a pic of the mess i found when i took the h/u out. now you might understand how i stuffed something up. i think now i may have just dislodged the continuous power fuse.
