Give Pioneer Australia a call (dunno if they're operating today so you might have to do it tomorrow).

You can buy steering wheel remotes seperately, Pioneer brand, from most car audio places.

do u really need it? HU is after all within arms length... just means passengers change **** while ur trying 2 drive = annoying. just get 2 know where the buttons r on the HU, and u wont even need a remote

haha ziff, I have two remotes, cant live without em. (thats just for the headunit)
Also got stacker remote, ipod remote, dvd remote.
Looks like you've scored with Colgate. Otherwise they are around $50 brand new for pioneer remotes iirc.
Pioneer has a great range of other remotes though, incl the steering wheel remote. (I wish alpine had that)

OMG i know exactly what ur talking about, my friends sit in the back with the remote and change the song every 5 seconds, fiddle with my settings, and turn it up and down continuously, i hid the remote in my coin box, tis now a much nicer driving experience

Yeah my remote has never really been used. I don't understand people that use them either, especially when it's probably easier to use the actual headunit itself.
i think you people need to remind your passengers that a remote is not for them... a remote is so that you can have your seat WAY back and still be able to change without moving your arm... :P my passengers never get the remote... and if somehow they do i pull over until i get it back.

ba ahhahahhaha just a cupple of remotes
You should get on of those touch screen remotes that are all in one. (like for home theatre system) duno if it would work for car audio stuff. don't see why it wouldn't work.
Mite be a bit big but for the w@nk factor alone it would be worth it :D
