hey dude,

im not sur eabout mercury ive never heard of them. but as for the price that sounds pretty decent if ur talkin jus the muffler and tip. when i went to get some things checked up fort the exhaust, i found that its betta to go cat back rather than jus muffler as it will give better flow and thus less of a droning sound. as well... magnaflow is probably my favourite. sounds soooooo nice and i got quoted $250 for a basic muffler and tip (but it was the last one, so might b a bit more expensive). keep in mind that was for a basic sports muffler but it would have still sounded rather mint :-) i found the main thing to keep in mind is the flow... if the piping is too big ur gonna sound drony bt if to small u'll sound like a lawn mower haha. have a chat to a few guys who are running some similar gear to what ur interested in and see what they say.

thats jus my opinion but hope it helps,

aaron

Thats the jobby. They are a very crisp roar, almost like a small block efi V8

add a resonator in the exhaust to remove any drone from a muffler (stock resonators suck!)

I'm running my car off of just a resonator and no muffler and its silent below 2500rpms (cruising speeds) but screams past them (flooring it).
