To Compare these 2 brands.. you have to compare the same devices..
You can't compare an SAFCii with an E-Manage..
Apexi - PowerFC / FC Commander
Greddy - Emanage / Profec Controller..
Go to the web and find their uses.. I can't be bothered copying all the stuffs in here..
Unichip does the same, but you can't tune it realtime.
Emanage is a PiggyBack, so is Unichip
PowerFC is a stand alone unit....
Before Booya says it... Yes, It's like a Haltech... :D

have you checked out the Apexi website to find out what is available??
Nick has the RSM and the SAFC - he is/was using the SAFC to adjust the Air?fuel ratios for his cams - but now he has the Power FC so he should be hacving lotsa fun with all sortsa things now!!
Depends on what you intend to use them for and what you want them for.

So, his stuff can adjust the air fuel stuff manually while driving where as the E-Manage has it dyno tuned?

For the Emanage.. you will need either a notebook plugged via USB or the Profec to be able to do it...
This is the link to my PowerFC
