Im a newbie to magna tinkering and would like to know about the adjustable part of the mass sensor located underneath. Does this actually do anything? and is it better left untouched? I own a verada kr.undefined

This IIRC is part of the calibration that is done to these sensors - MAF (mass air flow sensor I presume you mean) - the old adage holds true in these situations...
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

My advice: Send EZ Boy a PM - I know I trust him and his expertise in this regard.
