late in november, my Directed Extream 1500X mono-block started 'motor boating'. i returned it to the place of purchase and they sent it back to directed. Now, directed out source the repairs, and all im getting from my dealer is 'sorry, directed dont know whats happening with your amp!'
does this sound like the repairer has lost my amp?
or has directed lost my amp?
if someone has lost my amp, where do i stand?
can i make the dealer give me a new one?
it was under warrenty.

the place of purchase is liable for a replacement of equal value

this is the amp, if anyone cares, or if you saw it fall out of an australia post truck......

o thats the thing that hit my car when i was nuding the post truck lol j/ks dude.
do u have proof of u sending the amp back to get it fixed. coz if u do they will replace ur amp. where did u get it from?

if it got lost in the mail someone will have it in their car now u never weill get it back dad brings me home some pretty cool stuff but not ne amps :(
