One day I found a nice puddle of coolant on the passangers side door

I ring my mechanic, he says its the heater coil and the dash needs to come out and the heater unit taken to get fixed/replaced.

Ive pulled the dash out and are up to removing the heating unit (I ****ing pray I can put this all back together)

Anyways look at this diagram

See number 12? I just pulled that off and it had a puddle of radiator coolant in it, so I can safely say its def' the heater unit thats buggered?

There is a tiny chance its running in from a loose hose fitting but i'd say 99% you've got a stuffed core (part 17) on your hands. Just be patient putting it back together and work slowly and it should all just fall into place. Fun aint it. :D
