Why the hell would I want to buy a Ford now, if clearly the add is telling me the Ford Salesmans car (more than likely a Ford) has broken down and needs to get a lift...

They would make a bit of money each year that would go back to the government in tax in some form or another, so they think, lets put that money towards the business and fill a ambulance with cool looking stuff, then write it off as a business expense. Cadence would not have payed much, if anything for that ambulance and look at the amount of exposure it would be getting for the brand. And as a result theyd be getting higher sales from the exposure, etc.

One of the JB HiFi's in Sydney had the Ambo at their grand opening. Cadence has outsold everything else in that store since. They love that insane, yet flawed, ambulance.

$200,000..hahaha. They shoulda just paid 20 girls to do a lapdance around one of their subwoofers, that would have cost them $5000 and woulda sold double :D

With the amount of fabrication, cistome fibreglass, etc etc etc before you even factor in the ost of the equipment, wiring, batteries and ancilliaries, then $200K is actually a fairly conservative amount. If you were to walk into FHRX studios with the basic stock standard old ambo, and ask for that, it would proabably cost closer to half a mill.

C'mon marty... tell us what you would charge for the custome work and install... forget the equippment for the moment.

It looks hot and amazing - it give Cadence a show vehicle to take around to car shows - and look at the people gathered around.
That give Cadence's name exposure - that's what marketing and advertising is about - money well spent IMO.

Yeah thats right it was at Homebush at Autosalon 04 I remember during the show just walking around and i had a look at it. I think its very crafty :) But at the end of the day all you need is some 6x9's and a sub in the back :D

The thing has like 20 - 30 batteries all wired together on the floor.

runs on 3phase power at shows rember reading the story about it in hot 4's like 3 or four years ago.

ahh i thought it would need some sort of hardcore charging even tho its got ALL thos batterys :P

saw it at autosaloon in 04 and sat in the drivers seat and man that felt good. but i couldnt here ne one taklin for like 20 mins but man that this is loud. i was 5 cars away and good feel the bass. there was a commy parked close to it and it was rattling like crazy but he was telling every one it was his subby and he only had 1 12" kicker :bowrofl: stupid commy driver (no offence cittris lol
