Hey,

Just wondering with the whiteline rear sway bars, what people have tended to go with ie. the 20mm or 22mm bar, adjustable or fixed.

I'm looking at deciding what to buy, and looking at the adjustable, I honestly don't think I would ever adjust it if i did get it. I was wondering if anybody with the adjustable has actually found it a great use?

Also, if anybody has tried both the 20mm and 22mm bar and noticed a difference?

So far, my thoughts are that I wont really be thrashing out the car, so the smaller bar should be fine. And i don't plan to be taking the car out onto the track or anything either where I would have the need to adjust the sway bar.

Juts like to hear other people's opinions first?

22mm adjustable here. Came with the whiteline works kit. When I got it installed they set it to the mid setting but said if I want to I can stiffen it up to increase the amount of lift off oversteer. I'm no race driver, so I don't know how much I would tell, but I might play around one day to see the difference. Nice to have the option.
What's the cost difference between the two? I can't see it being much. I'd go with the adjustable just for the options. You've got somewhere to go if it doesn't suit you.

Go the 22mm adjustable and ask Anthony from Philcomm Rally for his best price.

ya, got the 22 adjustable on the lowest setting atm and it's quite surprising just how much difference it makes to the general ride of the car, and the price diff is like $20 or something, so yeah not much

cue statement of the possible totally obvious

if u get one of these, the increase in oversteer can be much more pronounced in the wet

even on the lowest setting i've been caught unawares by the back coming out once or twice (tho not exactly D1 drift style), and i wasn't pushing my luck

I was quoted $170 for the 20mm fixed... adjustable went up to about $240 I believe, and I think that was for the 20mm adjustable.

PM Anthony, somewhere around the $225 cant quite remember though. Get the biggest available adjustable.

Without starting a new thread, does anybody know exactly how the Whitline anti-lift caster kits work? and if you would recommend them?
