gday, recently ive noticed that im only getting about 50ks to a quater of a tank on my 4cyl 2.6 :S

what would possibly be the cause of this?

High petrol prices...







Could be due for servicing or tune up

1/4 of a tank on the guage or actually a 1/4 of a tank? I usually get about 100km off the guage, but this isn't 1/4 of a tank, more like 1.5/8.

yeah i was thinkin the guage was dodgy seens i get more petrol wen i do hand brakies/burnouts (hehe kinda like nfs: underground 2 wen u get more nos for doing crazy shat) , and also going UP HILL :confused: wtf is with that aye....

Yeah my gauge is funny too, from full to 3/4 i get about 150, then 3/4 to 1/2 i get about 60 1/2 to 1/4 i get about 110 then 1/4 to empty i get about 160/170.. although im just remembering i get from 450 to 500+ per tank.. I personally think this is drinking the juice but my mechanic rekons its ave for a 6.. my old TP 2.6 used to get me 550+ on prem and given the boot every now and more often..
