if there the yellow cones and paid a bit for the speakers, yes top of the range for pioneer
It is good gear but does our opinion matter now that you've already bought your gear valaxy66? ;)

He has Bought Pioneer, thats a Step in the right Direction..
Yes the TSD's are the Yellow Coned Pioneer ones..
Yes the Price you have paid is What would be expected for a Top Deck and Choice Speakers..
The TSD's are going to require an amp, they have a Low Sensitivity and need an amp to make them sound good or else they will sound Crap.. They Crave Power..

Well i dont know what HU he got, is it an expensive one?
I meant just speaker-wise, though if he paid mostly for the HU, which i can now see sa a possibility, then thats alright. I have a pioneer system in my car that goes pretty good, but have seen better speakers out there, and no, i hate kenwood :P.

I think he got ur name mixed up... Those yellow cone pioneers arent too bad... But as the top end pioneer gear imho they dont compete with many other brands, eg dynaudio, morel, diamond, eton in the same price bracket.
Still a good buy Im sure you'll be happy with them.
