I had funny noises from the AC today..... it sounded like paper was stuck and flapping. This noise came from the front passenger side under the glove box.
I undid the glove box and found out that the noise was coming from inside the (dont know what to call it) fan box or somthing..
Switched the AC to FULL and it flapped around for abit and then flapped up behind the console and stopped..... its working ok now but am paranoid that it may do somthing in the future......

so what to do!?!? :-k :-k

Sounds like a leaf of something has been sucked into the vents....I had a similiar issue with my Pajero....

if it is a leaf, there is nothing to worry about ! lets hope so :D

i have the same problem too, it happened evertime my AC is active, wierd but doesn't seem to affect anything, just wierd noise. any idea?

i think its a piece of paper or a leaf that got sucked in... for now its gone... so i'll have to see... AC is working fine still...so i'm happy...

Yeah, my old man's XF Falcon used to get leaves and stuff stuck in there all the time making that annoying sound.

If you want you can pull it apart and get them out.. or just put up with it.

Sometimes turning it from flat-out to off really quickly will dislodge the leaf.. might help.

yeah thats what i did, blasted it then turned it off...
