I am not sure how to explain this but there is a black box that us underneath the drivers side inside near the brake and Acc. pedels that seems to sit on a ledge.
In the last couple of days it has seemed to have come loose and falls off this ledge and hangs down and gets in the way when trying to brake.

Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how it sits in there properly so it doesn't fall down everytime I seem to brake.

Have you got an alarm system fitted? Could be that the tie used to hold the central unit has broken? If it's not a big box, and nothing seems to be malfunctioning, I'd get under the dash and use a cable tie to anchor it to a bracket. Then at least it won't get under your feet while you're driving.

Just had a look at it to see if it had anything written on it to say what it is. Nothing that makes sense except "Made in Australia"
I drive a Ralliart so it could be the alarm system.
It looks like it slides along something to hold it in place but I can't work out what that is and I don't want to do too much for two reason.
1. I have no idea what it is and how it goes
2. I don't want to stuff something up because of not knowing anything about it.

I was just wondering if anyone in a Ralliart or TJ knows what it is and how it goes back in properly.

The Car is getting things fixed on Friday and I was going to ask them but I sort of want something done before then because even yesturday I had to move it out of the way before I could use the brake.

Looking at that it sits long way up so I will try and put it that way and see if that works

you should still be under warrenty... take it to mitsu (yell if nessacery), it falls under your brake pedal, its a big problem. they should fix it asap.
