hey, i was just wondering , can you can a 3rd gen in this color, in blue or do they come in darker blues, because i want that color as my color for my next car 3rd gen.

There's a dark blue (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/image.php?u=3781&type=profile), and a light blue, but nothing around the hue you've given, sorry.

there wasnt one the same colour as the evo in your avatar.. there is in the 380 VR-X's and the outlander VR-X's.. its called electro blue i think..

there was sapphire blue (dark) and pacific blue (light) in the 3rd gens i think

The saphire blue is a nice colour.

That is my VRX in the picutres above and it is actually in the electro blue for the 380 VRX, From what I understand mitsubishi did 6 magna vrx in this colour as a test for the 380VRX and mine is one of them :D

I have to get a service in the next couple of weeks so I'll try to get a pic of mine next to a 380vrx in electro to prove it.

I can't see the difference between your electric blue and my saphire blue

I can see the difference in colour where the sapphire has a different shade in the sun and low light then electro. It will be easier to come across a sapphire blue magna so I will take a picture with mine next to it to show you the difference. The dealers I bought the car from had the magna VRX and the 380VRX in electro right next to each other and the colour are identical.

he's right, in the light that TL looks way too light to be saphire blue. Looks friggin nice colour!

Would that be the same as the electro blue as used by GMH? A mate at work has an VZ SS in
their electro blue and that is visually differentiable from mine.

Yeah there is saphire blue which is darker (above) and mine which is pacific blue, which i think would be the closest to what your after... maybe... as far as I know thats all there is :cool:
